 TICKET POLICY

Business Policy

1. Ticket Delivery
• Customers will receive electronic tickets (E-tickets) via the registered email within 5 minutes after successful payment.
• Tickets can be presented on a mobile device or printed out for entry on the event day.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
• All ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, except if the event is canceled by the organizer.
• In the event of a reschedule, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date, or customers may request credit for a future show.
• Changes to the show date or ticket holder name can be requested at least 3 days before the event and are subject to approval by the organizer.

3. Entry Conditions
• Please present your ticket and valid ID (if required) at the entrance.
• Entry may be denied if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the show starts. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy. The information you provide, such as name, email, phone number, and payment details, will only be used for ticketing and coordination purposes.
• Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill services (e.g., payment processors).
• You may contact us at any time to request the correction or deletion of your information.
